The streets around the apartment are full of classical building of the XVII and XVIII centuries. The Place de la Bastille is also very close, with its Opera and its typical market on Sundays (boulevard Richard Lenoir or Marché Daligre) . Different museums are very close : Musée Picasso, Musée Carnavalet (Historical museum on Paris) within 15 minutes on foot, and it takes less than 20 minutes to go to the charming "Place des Vosges" or Georges Pompidou Center (Musée d'Art Moderne).
By direct metro, you can reach the "Musée du Louvre" in 15 minutes, Place de la Concorde and the "Champs Elysées" in 20 minutes.
